For many years, the two companies have been working with the understanding that you, our customers, are our partners, so today we are excited to share with you the merger between our two companies. Our goal is to create a unified global market leader in the field of control, monitoring and management of liquid conveyance systems, utilizing our state of the art technologies and solutions to strengthen ties and create new opportunities for our customers, both in Israel and worldwide. It is envisioned that the merged company will maintain all existing sites – at Kfar Haruv and Dorot in Israel and in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
